If you have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and can offer effective solutions tailored to client needs, we invite you to join our team as a Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Market research and identification of potential partners

  • Presentation of the company's rental services and offering client-oriented solutions considering venue size, event format, and technical requirements

  • Managing the entire sales process via PipeDrive CRM

  • Collaboration with project managers, service, marketing, and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

  • Analyzing sales performance and preparing quarterly and project-based reports

  • Coordinating the full organizational flow of large projects — from preparation to final implementation

Required Skills:

  • Higher education, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a related field

  • Familiarity with general event organization processes

  • Excellent written and spoken Armenian, working knowledge of Russian and English

  • Responsibility, organizational skills, leadership, and communication abilities

  • Knowledge of digital platforms and technological tools
